As a trial attorney, Armond Marcarian has tried several cases in the last few years to verdict, including his victory before
a Kern County jury in November 2007 where he obtained a judgment for $1,000,000 for his client.* In September 2009, Armond successfully defended
his client at trial in a lawsuit where the plaintiff was seeking over $9,000,000 in damages. Armond has also arbitrated complex business
disputes and medical malpractice cases; including an arbitration against Kaiser Permanente which resulted in a favorable decision in January 2008.
While there are many great courtroom attorneys, Armond Marcarian has personally performed every aspect of litigation from start to finish, including
client in-take, preparation of various legal documents, pre-trial litigation, trial preparation, examination and cross examination of witnesses at trial, as well
as pre and post trial motion practice. MARCARIAN LAW’s comprehensive practice focuses on employment law, complex civil trials, commercial litigation, business torts and catastrophic

Mr. Marcarian obtained a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Southern California in 1987 and practiced as a
registered pharmacist for 14 years prior to entering the practice of law. Armond’s education, training and experience in pharmacy provide him a
uniquely skilled perspective and the expertise required to represent victims of dangerous and unsafe drugs and pharmaceuticals, as well as negligence
by medical providers. As a result of his multi-disciplinary training, Mr. Marcarian has successfully defended pharmacists and litigated on their behalf.
In addition, Armond Marcarian is a member of the exclusive Vaccine Bar, representing petitioners for
vaccine-related injuries before the United States Court
of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C.
